Since the discontinuation of production at the Indentec facility, we have noticed that there are occasional challenges with support inquiries and cases.
Therefore, we would like to update you of the new process to ensure efficient support.
Our team is committed to working with you to find solutions, quickly clarify open issues and provide an efficient service.
New support structures:
The following changes apply with immediate effect:
- No direct accessibility to Indentec: There is no longer a support number or E-Mail address for Indentec
- Handling via ZwickRoell-Hotline-process:
- Partner with access to Pulse please use the already known and official way (Child-Case; added to queue “ZRU_Hotline-HPG”).
- Partner with no access to Pulse, please contact the ZwickRoell-Hotline either per phone or E-Mail.

Supply of Spare parts:
- Support cases are recorded by the ZwickRoell hotline and then processed by Latzke.
- Latzke specifies the required spare parts and provides the relevant item numbers.
- The parts are ordered directly by the respective partners from EMCO-TEST.
